Here are some websites that, for all sorts of reasons, I really like.  They may have great design, they may have great content, or they may just be funny.

icanhascheezburger.com - A solid gold example of the value of a unique voice and persona.  Silly animal pictures with misspelled captions - and look at the advertisers they've got!  Keep scrolling, and eventually you'll see one that makes you laugh.

nancycandea.com - an exceptional yoga instructor and fitness trainer.  Okay, I admit it - I wrote copy for this site!  I'm blown away by Nancy's knowledge and HER VIBE, which feels like it could solve the world's ills if more people had it.  She trains yoga TEACHERS, too.

The Onion - A spoof news site, sending up everything from the trivial ("Study: Alligators Dangerous No Matter How Drunk You Are") to the profound ("World Death Rate Still Holding Steady at One Hundred Percent").

 SEOmoz' Beginner's Guide to Search Engine Optimization - A detailed primer on SEO. Worth studying for anyone who wants their site to move up in the search engine rankings.

The New York Times - Kind of a no-brainer. Their politics are left of center, but they still provide some of the most reliable journalism on the planet. Become a member, FOR FREE, and you can read the whole thing.
